Because our staff are hired with the intention of grooming them becoming business owners themselves, we offer free technical training in-house and learnership programs to those that can't afford official tertiary education, to encourage the less fortunate to take interest in technology, business and making their dreams come true, by completing their secondary schooling and affording them opportunities of becoming certified, skilled and experienced in a vast array of business, finance and technologies and eventually being the boss.

We have a central Industrial Relations division located in the Republic, but our legal representatives ensure at all time, by being recruited from within their respective regions and specifically for their field of expertise in this regard, to ensure that every individual working under the brand, is treated fairly and with dignity and has the relevant regional support he or she may need, and by doing so, ensuring our legislative obligations are met per governing statutes of the specific area.

If we wanted to be stuck in dilapidated old buildings, overrun by feral cats and put our trust in executives that know nothing about technology or how much revenue they're wasting on useless rented office space, we would not be a technology based company that's transforming the face of traditional business and outdated local values, by going from strength to strength and making a difference where it matters.

As our founding member and Head of Technology is a South African, born and bred, with an eagerness to stay ahead of technological trends and interest in electronic communications legislation, and related Acts of Parliament, we strive first and foremost to NEVER inflict any harm or deny anyone on our workforce, or otherwise, their human rights as stipulated by the UN, and South Africa's advanced Constitution, Section 2: The Bill of Rights. A single man, endured hardship and unfair treatment, discrimination and incarceration for most of his young adulthood, in a fight to afford us these rights. It is his journey of insistence on fair treatment for and by all and his struggle, pain and suffering for his cause and beliefs that lie at the heart of the VM Pro Technologies values and vision.

Our main mission is job creation, assisting the less fortunate to reach their dreams, through education and support start-ups and young companies and entrepreneurs, by providing affordable business services and rock-solid, affordable, quality systems that any aspiring young business requires to be successful. Our focus is on the backbone and technology of any business, but we are involved in strategic marketing, graphic design and company stationery like letterheads and business cards, to corporate branding, events management and business services like registration, name changes, director changes, that we do at a fraction of the cost of auditors that charge ludicrous fees for such services and is not required by micro and small enterprises.

We believe in strict adherence to all legislation, first and foremost The Bill of Rights as per our Constitution. It is why we insist on human dignity, fair labour practice and granting our employees a balanced and enjoyable quality of life, and don't intimidate, threaten or unlawfully act in ways that could deny any person his freedom, dignity, life or freedom of association, to name but a few. We are soon to partner with Deloitte and have a dedicated fraud-hotline where employees can blow the whistle on crime, inside and out of the business.

Entrepreneurs dream big, so we cannot limit our support of those dreams to a single server hosted in a dusty cupboard that is not supported by the manufacturer anymore and has reached end-of-life, is business critical yet we don't spend a cent on upgrades, we wait for failures... (Yes, these organisations still exist, albeit for a very limited time past 2020, as the markets clearly indicate that late adopters of the IoT, will plateau and those that refuse to accept technology as the lifeblood that drives business growth and success, will stagnate and become irrelevant in their respective markets) Heavens no!

We are certified Microsoft Network Partners and have recently been in talks with several providers to supply, facilitate and install LTE-A products, install fiber to the residences of our staff and clients at cost, and also manage your DSL installation and account at the fraction of the cost that ISP's do. We provide start-up clients with all technology they need to be successful, and without a phone or access to information, you're doomed. It's always advisable to have dedicated bandwidth for your Cloud PBX and VoIP/SIP connections, so fiber is our preferred connection medium, but where it is not available, your telephony can run over ADSL and even LTE-A. No cables, no waiting for installation, no provisioning and NO TELKOM!
